Step-by-Step, Keeping you Informed
Here's what you can expect to happen after you agree to have ImageBuilders provide you with high quality web design and/or development services:

1. We will ask lots of questions! We want to make sure that what we create for you meets all your needs. Our experience enables us to make suggestions and initiate ideas for your site. On the other hand, if you have a vision for your web site, or an idea, or information that you know you want it to contain, this is your chance to express your wishes to us. Together we will get the creative juices flowing and create the perfect site for you.
2. We will provide you with a contract that contains details regarding all products and services that will be delivered to you, along with time and cost estimates. This contract also specifies what each of our responsibilities are throughout the project. We will both sign the contract. At this time, 1/3 of the project cost is due.
3. Our work will begin. As we progress, we may send you screen shots, or image samples, or ask you to look at a temporary site to view your project. We may also ask you for content, graphics, or other information. Any delay in receiving this information from you may delay the timeframe of the project.
4. When we finish the main page, which includes the look and feel of the site and the navigation method (menus or tabs), you will be asked for your written approval.
5. Our work will continue. At the time your project is completed, you will again be asked for your written approval. Upon approval, the remainder of the project cost is due.
6. Your website will be uploaded to the hosting server. At this time your site is live and ready for users!

Quick Turnaround
An average static page website will be completed within six weeks of you signing your contract. But each project will have a timeline based on your requirements, and the accuracy of the timeline may depend on how quickly we get the information from you that we need to progress.

Ongoing Maintenance
After your initial project is complete and has gone live, any changes that are requested are considered part of our web site maintenance services.
